#okay #i know i’ve made a point of not analysing the shit out of facial expressions #since for all we know jensen could have been told to just stare blankly #but come on #the way he swallows #almost like he’s nervous #and the slight crinkle of his brow that’s not irritation #or anger #just… sadness #like he’s lost something #and found it again #but it’s broken #and you can see the way his jaw clenches #like he’s trying to hold in his feelings #or a retort which he knows will just dig the hole even deeper #that expression #if i’m correct #looks like… loss #it looks like he’s replaying a memory #like he’s not quite there #and that #ladies and gentleman #is how to read way too much into just an expression
